Runwin R&D Testing Laboratory
Runwin R&D Testing Laboratory was established in 2012, with total investment of 200,000 dollars. Our laboratory cooperates with TUV Rheinland closely, aiming at improving products performance and ensure products quality, in order to enhance our competitiveness.
In our lab, we can do professional tests for safety, EMC, ERP, reliability, etc. We hope to provide global buyers with one-stop service, including inspection, testing and certification.
Below is a brief introduction of equipments and devices in R&D testing lab:
Integrating Sphere

Function: To test photometric and electrical parameters of LED lights and lamps. Including luminous flux, lumen efficiency, CCT, CRI, SDCM. Mini integrating sphere for testing LED chips.

LED Power Driver Tester
Function: 1. To test electrical parameters, including voltage, frequency, current, power, power factor.
2. To debug the circuit for R&D.
DC Electronic Load IT78511
Function: Acting as load, testing the output voltage and current of driver.
Oscilloscope MDO3014
Function: Characterization measurements for power supply design, showing waveforms. Like testing the node voltage and current of PCB.
LCR Meter
Function: To test electrical components parameters, like inductance, capacitors, resistance, impedance, etc..
Multi-channel Temperature Tester

Function: Thermal test on key components, like LED chip, IC, electrolytic capacitor, inductance. To ensure the safety and lifetime of products.
Regular Aging Shelf
Function: Ageing and lifetime test for each batch of products. Normally to monitor lumen maintenance and working performance for 2000 hours.
LT-500A LED Test System For Accelerated Aging And Longevity

Function: Regular and accelerated aging test. 5-10pcs samples to do accelerated aging test under 60℃ - 80 ℃ for one month, to ensure the reliability and lifetime of products.
EMC Specialized Test Room And Test System

Function:EMC specialized test room and test system, to test the interference of power port when LED lights or lamps are under normal operation, especially for products with EMC requirements.
Salt Spray Tester
Function:Testing the performance of salt spray corrosion resistance. After test, the surface shall not have phenomenon like corrosion, bubble, crack.
Draught-proof Enclosure
Function: Used for doing thermal test inside, to avoid excessive changes in ambient temperature. For products with special ta, thermal test shall be done in oven in which the ambient temperature set to ta.
Lightning Surge Generator

Function: To test lightning surge performance for outdoor lights, like street light. High voltage test up to 7000V.
IPX3/4/5/6 Waterproof Test System

For IPX7/8, test shall be done in water pool.
